Return Policy

Returns to MotorcycleArmrest.com are easy but must include a Returned Merchandise Authorization (RMA - see Form links below).

If you need to return an order, please contact the MotorcycleArmrest.com Customer Care Team (Call 505-414-9676 or email: Returns@MotorcycleArmrest.com) for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). If you need to return an item because it was damaged during shipping or because of a mistake made by the manufacturer or MotorcycleArmrest.com, please contact us and we will assist you.

The MotorcycleArmrest.com return policy is simple. We accept all returns that meet the following conditions:

30-Day return period Please be sure your return reaches ENCHANTMENT MOTOR SPORTS, LLC within 30 days of the date it was delivered to you (as shown on delivery company's tracking system). Deliver to:

Original packaging in good condition
Please note that all items must include all original packaging in good condition. If Enchantment Motor Sports receives your return with damage resulting from improper packaging the item will be rejected.

Unused condition Enchantment Motor Sports is unable to accept returned items that have been misused, improperly installed or damaged.

MotorcycleArmrest com will credit you for 100% of the merchandise value (including sales tax for orders shipped within CA) on all parts that meet our return conditions above.

Packing And Sending Back Your Return
MotorcycleArmrest.com includes plenty of packing material with every order. When returning something to us, please re-pack all items using the materials we sent. Keep in mind that shipping companies can be very tough on packages! Please be sure not to damage the Manufacturer's packaging material as this can make an item un-returnable.

MotorcycleArmrest.com ships all items in shipping boxes. When returning an item please use the original box provided with shipping material or purchase a new box if need be.

PRINT AND ENCLOSE AN RMA FORM (Return Merchandise Authorization) WITH YOUR PACKAGE
Your satisfaction is very important to us. You can return any NEW UNUSED product in the manufacturer’s original packaging for a full refund or exchange within 30 calendar days from date of shipment.
